Our special food prep procedures

  • Gluten Free and vegetarian options available
  • All sauces and gravy are gluten free
  • Victorian hormone free, grass fed meat used for steaks and roasts
  • We use beef sir loin for roasting
  • We use cotton seed oil in our deep fryers and canola oil for all other cooking
  • There are up to 5 different vegetables that we serve as sides
  • Our side salad consists of premium salad mix and house dressing
  • Freshly made fruit salad consisting of four different types of fruit

We cater for birthday parties, wakes, christenings and much more. Please enquire within for special requirements

Specials

Our professionally qualified chefs are preparing new specials weekly. Watch out for delicious items like Duck a l’orange, Lamb cutlets and chicken mignon on the Specials board!  You can also see some of our specials here.
